Admission Process

To enter the world of the School, there is a prescribed admission procedure. The prospectus containing an application form is available in the school office. The application form must be correctly filled and the latest photograph must be affixed. No admission will be considered until all the requirements are fully met.

Students who have attended recognized English medium schools and are able to receive instruction in the medium of English at their level are considered for admission. Admission forms are available from the school office in the month of December. Admission form along with prospectus will be available in the School office during Office Hours. Admission forms are given only for classes in which vacancies are anticipated. This rule may be relaxed slightly in cases of transfer and transfer of residence. Admissions are given against existing vacancies only on the basis of entrance examinations and interviews.

Parents / Guardians must give an undertaking, in writing that they will abide by the rules and regulations of the school as made from time to time.

Required Documents

  • The photocopy of the original Birth Certificate
  • Medical Fitness Certificate
  • The school leaving certificate from the last school attended.
  • Medical Fitness Certificate.
  • Progress report of the last qualifying examination.

STD I – 5 and 1/2 years+

primary & secondary sections

Students will be admitted on the basis of performance in the written test & personal interview.
The decision of the school will be final regarding the admission. Admission will be confirmed after completion of the necessary office procedure and payment of the fees.

Transfer / leaving certificate

Parents should submit the Transfer/Leaving Certificate from the previous school, within 15 days of his/her joining the school, failing which the school will have the right to cancel the admission.
In case of non-submission of the Transfer/ Leaving Certificate for whatsoever reason, the student will be not allowed to appear for the Annual Examination.

  • In Case, parents wish to withdraw the admission of their child, the school office should be intimated before 31st May.
    Admission fees in such cases would not be refunded.
  • In case, parents wish to cancel their child’s admission after 31st May, there will be deduction in the fees paid as the following rules.
  • 30 days from the opening date of School: Admission fees & 10 % of School fees.
  • 45 days from the opening date of School: Admission fees & 25 % of School fees.
  • 60 days from the opening date of School: Admission fees & 35 % of School fees.
  • 90 days from the opening date of School: No refund.
